Deleting your account

You can delete your myupuri account from inside the app at any time.

Steps

• Open the app and tap “Me” at the bottom.
• Under “Account”, tap “Delete account”.
• Confirm, and the account is deleted right away.

What happens

• You can no longer sign in.
• Your nickname, icon, date of birth, email address and sign-in identifiers are erased.
• Invite records (who invited you) cannot be restored.
• If you signed in with Apple, the Apple token is revoked as well.
• Photos and videos already saved on your device stay there. Delete them from your device if you want them gone.

Deleting the app only

Removing the app does not delete your account. Please follow the steps above.

If you cannot open the app

If you lost your phone or cannot open the app, write to support@myupuri.com. We delete the account once we can confirm it is yours.
