This policy explains how NEVELL Inc. (“we”) handles information in the app “myupuri” (the “Service”).

1. What we collect

Photos and videos are never sent to us. They stay on your device and on the device of the person you shot with.

We do not collect your location.

• Account information: the identifier from the Apple / Google / LINE account you signed in with, your email address, nickname, icon (emoji and colour), date of birth, invite code, and who invited you
• Usage records: sign-in times, app version, device model, error logs
• Purchase information: in-app purchase receipts (we never receive your card number)

2. How we use it

• to provide the Service (sign-in, invites, albums, seasonal designs);
• to prevent misuse and to check age;
• to answer your enquiries;
• to improve quality (investigating problems from usage records).

3. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where the law requires it.

• Sign-in: Apple, Google, LINE (we send tokens to verify your sign-in)
• Email: Amazon Web Services (verification-code emails)
• Distribution and payments: Apple, Google

4. How long we keep it

• We keep account information until you delete your account.
• When you delete your account we erase your name, email address, nickname, date of birth and sign-in identifiers.
• Records we are required by law to keep are kept for the period the law requires.

5. Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from “Me” → delete account. See Deleting your account.

If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the Apple token when you delete your account.

6. Children

The Service is not for people under 13. If we learn that we hold information about someone under 13, we delete it promptly.

7. Security

• All communication is encrypted (HTTPS).
• Information such as email addresses is stored encrypted in our database.
• Photos travel only between the two phones that are together at that moment.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will announce it in the app or on this page.
